Theme:
This springs Hong Kong retreat theme is “Hong Kong, the flowing city”. While looking at our lives and the changes of the world as a constant flow, we attempted to reflect the theme of flow and change in the program and the discussions during this retreat. Hong Kong with it’s waterways, ever-changing weather, contrast of new and old presents the perfect environment for this topic. The choice of a brand-new and modern hotel in one of the old, almost derelict warehousing district of Hong Kong which is currently re-born through the construction of a new subway station, along with a contrasting experience of down-town and rural dining opportunities in partly modern and museum-like environments underline the change and ever-flowing environment of Hong Kong.
